1. Machine location requirements:
The hard rail CNC machine tool should be far away from the source of vibration, and avoid direct sunlight, heat radiation, humidity, airflow and other factors. When there is a vibration source around the lathe, an anti-vibration ditch should be provided around the lathe. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and disorder of the machine tool, resulting in poor contact and failure of electronic components. The hard rail CNC lathe is an important factor affecting the reliability of the machine tool.
2. Power requirements:
Ordinary CNC hard rail CNC machine tools are installed in the processing workshop, not only the ambient temperature changes greatly, the use conditions are poor, but also there are various electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the power supply voltage fluctuation of the hard rail CNC lathe must be strictly controlled to ensure that the power supply voltage fluctuation is within the allowable range and remains relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system.
3. Temperature prerequisites
The working environment temperature of CNC lathe is lower than 30, and the relative temperature is lower than 80%. Generally speaking, the CNC electric control box is equipped with an exhaust fan or a cooling fan to keep the working temperature of the electronic components, especially the central processing unit constant or the temperature difference is small. Excessive temperature and humidity will shorten the life of the control system components, increase the number of faults, increase the temperature and humidity, and increase the dust, which will lead to adhesion and short circuit of the circuit board.
